2022 Soror of the Year
The Soror of the Year is an outstanding soror recognized for contributing effort, time, and energy to chapter projects, displaying leadership through committee work and/or an officer position, regularly attending meetings, embodying enthusiasm and possessing the true AKA spirit, in recognition that membership in AKA is a lifetime commitment of sisterhood and service to all mankind.
Soror Alma humbly, but confidently serves AAUO in the following capacities: VP of Programs, Champion of SWAG, supporter of VOW events, advocate for PACE, and Golden Grove Elementary School ambassador.
She willingly goes the extra mile for students in the community. Her passion for serving is evident as she engages and encourages other sorors to work in collaboration to build stronger bonds of sisterhood. Her leadership style provides significant outcomes for the community projects under her supervision.
Soror Alma is a gracious servant leader who models dedication, generosity of spirit, and commitment to excellence.
