Visitor's Policy
Alpha Alpha Upsilon Omega Chapter welcomes all members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated ®. Proof of membership is required and must be verified prior to the meeting. Our chapter meeting are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month starting at 6:30 PM; business attire is required at all meetings unless otherwise stated.
Requirements to Attend a Chapter Meeting
Alpha Alpha Upsilon Omega must verify that all visitors are members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®. Visitors must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Complete our Visitor Request Form.
- Bring a state-issued photo ID and documentation of your membership to the meeting(s).
- Documentation includes, but is not limited to the following:
- a current or a past financial card
- an original membership certificate
- a previous Ivy Leaf magazine with your mailing label attached
- a signed AKA Transfer form from your prior chapter
If you would like to attend a chapter meeting, please submit the required documentation through the Visitor Request Form. Upon membership verification, you will receive an email with information on the date and location of the meeting along with any additional instructions.
Please note that we will not be able to admit you without proof. If you have a question or are unable to produce the required documentation, please contact our Membership Chairman at aauomembership@gmail.com.
